All property in Alta Vista is subject to deed restrictions found in the Alta Vista Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and other governing documents called for in the CC&Rs. The Association is tasked with upholding and enforcing the CC&Rs, among other duties.
In Alta Vista, we feel that neighborliness begins at home, by following the CC&Rs we agree to when we move here. Many of us moved here because of these covenants, which help maintain Alta Vista’s beauty, quiet enjoyment, property values, and good relations. When everyone knows exactly what’s in the CC&Rs, we can implement them ourselves and avoid Association involvement.
